This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through www.drnooressentials.com and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Dr. Noor Essentials is a brand of Dr. Noor Wellness, LLC and is not a separate legal entity; references to "we," "us," and "our" mean Dr. Noor Wellness, LLC.

We endeavor to ship all orders within three (3) business days of the date the order is placed. If we anticipate any additional delay, we will notify you.

Once an order leaves our facility, delivery is handled by third-party carriers. Transit times are estimates that we cannot guarantee, and we are not responsible for delays in delivery that occur once a package is in the carrier's possession.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at help@drnoorwellness.com and we will reship your order or issue a refund. We may ask you for relevant details (including photos, descriptions of damage, and carrier tracking information) so that we can file a claim with the carrier.

Shipping costs and available destinations are calculated and displayed at checkout. Any applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees are your responsibility and will be displayed or estimated at checkout where possible.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into our Terms of Service by reference.
